 | Stuart S. Basom, PT -
Stu is a practice owner. He is a Temple University graduate and has extensive
post-graduate training in manual and orthopedic physical therapy. He is currently trained in the Isernhagen
Functional Capacity Evaluation
method. In addition to orthopedic
and sports physical therapy, his
special interests include Vestibular
Rehabilitation and treatment for
balance problems.

 | Dale Hilbolt, PT -
Dale is a practice owner. He is a graduate of the
University of Pittsburgh where he received his Physical Therapy
training. He has completed post-graduate studies in manual therapy
techniques and exercise training as related to orthopedic and sports
related injuries. He currently is a member of the American Academy of
Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Specialty interests include TMJ
Dysfunction and also treating spinal and extremity disorders that often
occur during pregnancy.

 | Gary W. Karkuff, PT, CSCS -
Gary is a practice owner. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College
and received his physical therapy degree from Columbia University. He has completed postgraduate studies
in manual therapy and specializes in the care of acute and chronic spinal and extremity joint dysfunction
and pain. He is also a practicing strength and conditioning specialist with extensive experience training
high school and professional athletes.

 | Kenneth R. Lennington, PT -
Ken is a practice owner. He graduated from Gettysburg College and
received his physical therapy training at the Mayo Clinic. His areas of postgraduate training are in
manual therapy techniques as applied to orthopedic and sports related injuries, spinal rehabilitation
and surface EMG. He recently received recognition as one of
Pennsylvania's only certified
Mulligan Technique practitioners.

 | Mark R. McDonald, MPT,
c.Ped.- Mark is a
practice owner. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in exercise
physiology. He received his master's degree of physical therapy from Hahnemann University and has completed
advanced training in manual therapy for the spine and extremities. He specializes in computerized gait
analysis, gait training, orthopedics and rehabilitation of the lower quarter.
He is also a Certified Pedorthist,
trained to evaluate gait, construct
and fit orthotics and therapeutic
shoes. |

Rick Baer, PT - Rick received
his degree in physical therapy from
Old Dominion University. Since
1988, he has practiced physical
therapy in the West Shore area and
has a special interest in the
treatment of dancers and performing
artists. He is a Certified
Pilates Instructor and finds the use
of Pilates techniques helpful in the
treatment of pain and osteoporosis. |

Steve Broker, PT Steve is a
graduate from the Pennsylvania State
University with a B.S. in Biology.
He received his Masters Degree in
Physical Therapy from Hahnemann
University. He specialized in
evaluation and treatment of
orthopedic shoulder and back
injuries. |

Joseph Buletza, PT, ATC is a
graduate of the physical therapy
program at the Mayo Clinic. He
specializes in the treatment of
athletic injuries and has an
interest in orthopedics. Joe is a
Certified Athletic Trainer and he
provides services to the PIAA at
regional and state championship
competitions of Cross Country, Track
and Field and Wrestling. |
 | Douglas Fickes,
DPT - Doug is a graduate of Temple University and received his physical therapy
training at College Misericordia. He recently received his
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at
St. Augustine University for Health
Sciences. He has extensive experience in orthopedic manual therapy techniques
and sports rehabilitation. Doug has earned recognition for
the treatment of neck-related
headaches. He has additional expertise in fitness training,
treatment of TMJ and is an exercise consultant
for Post Vertical Banded Gastroplasty patients. |

Robert Gorinski, D.P.T., C.S.C.S. - Bob graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, and he is a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Bob's primary interest is orthopedic physical therapy and he also specialized in
Vestibular rehabilitation. He is certified in the McKenzie method of evaluation
and treatment of injuries to the spine. |
 | Lisa Janson, PT - Lisa graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook physical
therapy program. She has worked in inpatient acute care, outpatient and rehab hospital care settings and
as an educator at Central Penn College's Physical Therapist Assistant program. Her current clinical focus
is in the evaluation and treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and general women's health
issues. |

Franco Madaffari, DPT, ATC -
Franco received his Doctor of
Physical Therapy from Chatham
College and he graduated with a BA
in Athletic Training from Dusquene
University. Dr. Madaffari has
worked in outpatient clinics,
specializing in orthopedic problems
and sports related injuries.
He has the Maitland certification
and has completed training in manual
therapy. |

Eric F. McCuen, PT - After
graduating from Slippery Rock
University, he received his physical
therapy training at the University
of Pennsylvania. He has acquired
extensive
postgraduate training and experience
in orthopedic and sports physical
therapy and industrial medicine. |

Danielle Mellinger, MSPT -
Danielle received her graduate and
undergraduate training at College
Misericordia in Dallas, PA.
Her clinical experience includes
inpatient acute care, neurological
rehab and outpatient physical
therapy. She had a particular
interest in orthopedics,
neurological rehab and working with
prostheses. |

George "Chip" O'Malley, PT, OCS -Chip
O'Malley is a graduate of
Northeastern University and he has
accumulated over twenty years of
experience in orthopedic care in
Central Pennsylvania. Chip has
extensive experience in work injury
management and sports medicine,
gaining the national credential of
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in
2002. |
 | Karen S. Red, PT - Karen graduated from the physical program at the University of Vermont. Her specialty
clinic interests are women's health (including incontinence, pelvic pain and lymphedema), pediatrics and TMJ
dysfunction. |

Michael Schrim, MPT - Mick
received his Master of Physical
Therapy degree from Slippery Rock
University and has worked in the
Central Pennsylvania area for over
15 years. He has enjoyed
providing PT in hospital and home
health settings and he has extensive
experience in treating the geriatric
population. He currently has
an interest in geriatric PT and
workplace evaluation and ergonomic
training. |

Mark Smith, PT
Since receiving his degree in
physical therapy from the University
of Scranton, Mark has worked in a
variety of settings including
hospitals, rehabilitation centers,
outpatient clinics and an aquatic
physical therapy clinic. While Mark
provides physical therapy care to a
wide range of diagnosis and patient
populations, his main interests are
in orthopedics and providing
physical therapy care to performing
artists. |

Alan Weismantel, PT, OMT, FAAOMPT
Alan provides physical therapy
services in the Hanover Office.
He has been working the the Hanover
area for over 30 years and has
helped many patients there. He
is now active in developing a system
for the treatment of muscle fascia
and joint pain and for the past five
years he has been teaching this
system to other physical therapists
throughout the country. |

Chuck Wolfe, DPT – Dr. Chuck
Wolfe is the Clinic Director at
First Choice in Halifax. He is a
graduate of the Doctor of Physical
Therapy program at Chatham College
in Pittsburgh, PA. Chuck is also a
graduate of California University of
PA, where he completed a BA and an
internship curriculum in Athletic
Training. He gained first hand
experience providing care and rehab
to collegiate student-athletes and
coaching staff. Dr. Wolfe’s interest
is in sports medicine as well as the
functional approach to treatment and
he is currently working toward a
certification as a Strength and
Conditioning Specialist. |
