• Due to the expertise of First Choice I have been able to recover from my knee injury and once again compete in field hockey and tennis. My right quad had lost 40% of its strength following arthroscopic surgery and I had a noticeable limp. I can now compete at the level I had been prior to the injury. The unique aspect of my rehabilitation is that in am now fifty years old. I first met these therapists in 1987 when they treated me after my back surgery and now fifteen years later they were still there for me. They have respected my athletic goals and guided me through workouts that they developed for my specific needs. Their professionalism, knowledge, and encouragement are invaluable to me. • My treatment helped me to return to my normal activities very quickly. My therapist was very competent and gave me specific exercises to speed up my recovery and restore my full range of motion. The exercises were simple and could be completed without equipment and gave me a feeling of accomplishment and well-being.

• Before physical therapy I couldn't sit at work more that twenty minutes, I couldn't walk standing straight up for long, and I lived on Aleve--constant pain. After my physical therapy sessions I was able to sit at work all day, walk straight up and fast, and I also no longer needed to take Aleve--no pain.
