Meet Chuck Wolfe, DPT

Dr. Chuck Wolfe is the Clinic Director at the Halifax office of First Choice Rehab.  He is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Chatham College in Pittsburgh, PA.  He is also a graduate of California University of PA, where he completed a BA and an internship in Athletic Training.  Chuck's passion in sports began at a very early age.  Little league, high school, college and professional sports comprise his resume as an athlete and in coaching positions.
